Two young boys in Sand bank, Abaco, shoot marbles, a pass time almost lost in modern society. Contrast the look of triumph on the victors face with the bewilderment reflected on the face of his larger opponent. Against all odds, with God's help, anything is possible!

About Roshanne Minnis-Eyma

Roshanne Minnis-Eyma

Bahamian artist Roshanne Eyma, daughter of artist and singer/songwriter, Eddie Minnis and Grace Minnis, was born on May 4, 1972. Her interest in art began early in life, growing up surrounded by a family of artists. She started painting seriously when she was 14 years old. She graduated from Queen's College, Nassau Bahamas, in 1988. She received awards in several local art competitions. She has also participated in a number of joint exhibitions with her father, Eddie Minnis, and sister, Nicole. A special highlight of her artistic career was the Minnis Family Retrospective Exhibition held at the National Art Gallery of The Bahamas in Nassau from July to November of 2014.
